Standard Services Agreement
At THE WM. FRIDRICH MOVING & STORAGE COMPANY, we take your cargo seriously. Whether it's local transit or long-haul logistics, our operations are governed by strict industry standards to protect both your assets and our dedicated transport teams.
Cargo Liability
Liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited according to national freight forwarding rules. We're committed to high safety standards, but we always recommend independent cargo insurance for extra peace of mind! Don't skip the small print on valuation.
Transit Times
While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, transit times are estimates only. Traffic, weather, and logistics hiccups happen. We'll communicate every step of the way, because no one likes being kept in the dark!
Warehouse & Storage Terms
Items stored at 14800 BROOKPARK RD are held under a bailment agreement. Our facility is secure, dry, and professional. We require 24-hours notice for access to stored freight to ensure our warehouse team can safely stage your items for collection.

Payment & Forwarding Fees
Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise negotiated in writing. What happens if payment is late? Interest may be applied as per statutory rates. We're flexible, but our trucks run on fuel and our drivers need their coffee!
